At Manci Pearls, we are committed to delivering your pearl jewellery safely and conveniently across Bangladesh.

We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh, subject to courier service availability.

Our delivery charges are:

A standard delivery charge of BDT 70 is currently displayed at checkout for all orders.

For deliveries outside Dhaka District, our customer support team will inform you of the additional BDT 60 during order confirmation.

Your order will only be confirmed after you agree to the final delivery charge and total payable amount.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Bangladesh.

Customers will pay the confirmed order total, including the applicable delivery charge, upon delivery.

Our team may contact customers by phone to verify their order details, delivery address, and final payable amount before dispatch.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewellery in the presence of the delivery representative, where permitted by the courier company.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify Manci Pearls immediately.

Change-of-mind returns and applicable delivery charges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
