Manci Pearls is a Bangladesh-based jewellery brand specialising in pearl jewellery.

Backed by over 35 years of family experience, we are committed to offering authentic pearl jewellery, quality craftsmanship, and dependable customer service.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices are accurate.

Pearls may naturally vary in shape, surface texture, colour, and lustre. Such characteristics are part of their natural beauty.

Product availability, designs, and prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses when placing orders.

After an order is submitted, Manci Pearls may contact the customer to verify order details.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Manci Pearls.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.

Manci Pearls offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Customers must pay the applicable product price and delivery charges when receiving their orders.

Any available additional payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services across Bangladesh, subject to courier coverage and availability.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Product Inspection and Returns

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders in the presence of the delivery representative, where permitted by the courier.

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is identified, customers should notify Manci Pearls immediately.

Customers may also decline an order due to a change of mind, subject to applicable delivery charges.

All return and refund requests are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable laws.

7. Six-Month Repair and Cleaning Service

Manci Pearls offers six months of complimentary repair and cleaning service for eligible jewellery purchases.

This service is subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

The complimentary service does not automatically include replacement pearls, missing components, additional materials, or courier charges.

8. Custom-Made Jewellery

Custom-made jewellery orders may require additional processing time.

Product specifications, pricing, and estimated completion times will be communicated before an order is confirmed.

Cancellation or modification of custom orders may be restricted once production has begun, subject to applicable consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and branding owned by Manci Pearls, may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Manci Pearls is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of products, improper jewellery care, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.

We use customer information for legitimate purposes such as order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support.
